TwoShirtz Studio (www.twoshirtz.store) is operated by TwoShirtz, based in Norway. TwoShirtz is the data controller responsible for personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (Personopplysningsloven).

We practice data minimisation and collect only information required to provide the gallery service:

• Account data: Your email address and hashed password, or your Google profile details (name, email, avatar) when signing in with Google OAuth.
• Download records: A record of artworks you have downloaded, used to display your account download history and prevent automated abuse.
• Marketing consent: A timestamped record indicating whether you consented at registration to receive news from TwoShirtz.
• Aggregated analytics data: Anonymised, aggregated interaction metrics (page views, scroll depth, and download counts) processed via Google Analytics 4 (G-V5P4DE12CF) with Google Signals and Ad Personalization permanently disabled. No advertising profiles or personal identities are logged.
• Strictly necessary authentication cookies: First-party session tokens set by Supabase only when you sign in. Unauthenticated visitors browsing the archive receive zero advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We process data on the following GDPR legal bases:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing account data, authentication sessions, and download records is necessary to provide member downloads.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Delivering studio newsletters is based on explicit consent given at registration. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 1.9).
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Privacy-preserving traffic measurement to monitor gallery stability, diagnose performance issues, and identify popular works without cross-site profiling or ad targeting.

• To authenticate your session and protect account access.
• To generate secure signed URLs for full-resolution master downloads.
• To maintain your download archive history and detect abusive traffic.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password recovery).
• To send updates about TwoShirtz Studio releases (strictly subject to your opt-in consent).
• To evaluate aggregated metrics to optimize gallery performance.

We use the following third-party infrastructure providers under data processing agreements:

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data, nor do we share information with advertising networks.

Supabase stores databases and artwork files in the European Union (Ireland, AWS eu-west-1). Where sub-processors (Vercel, Google LLC) operate in the United States, data transfers are protected under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

• Active accounts: Retained for as long as your account remains open.
• Deleted accounts: When you delete your account via /account, your personal profile and authentication record are deleted immediately. Download counts are anonymised (user_id set to NULL) in compliance with GDPR.
• Download logs: Retained for up to 2 years for abuse prevention, or anonymised immediately upon account deletion.
• Analytics metrics: Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics containing no personal data.

When you create an account on TwoShirtz Studio, you can consent to receiving studio communications by email, including:

• New visual archive releases on twoshirtz.store.
• Product and design updates from twoshirtz.com.
• Announcements regarding other digital projects created by TwoShirtz.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing legal@twoshirtz.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe” or by deleting your account. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Under the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
• Rectification: Update your display name in /account or ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Delete your account and personal data immediately in /account or by contacting us.
• Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Restriction & Objection: Ask us to restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw marketing consent at any time.

To exercise any right, email legal@twoshirtz.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority: Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

Material updates to this policy will be communicated by email or an on-site notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

By creating an account or using TwoShirtz Studio (www.twoshirtz.store), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the archive.

You must be at least 16 years old to register an account.

TwoShirtz Studio is a curated visual archive operated by TwoShirtz (Norway). Registered users can browse and download full-resolution master files for personal use free of charge.

TwoShirtz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must not share credentials, create automated accounts, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.

Upon downloading an artwork from TwoShirtz Studio, TwoShirtz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence subject to the following rules:

• Personal use only: Downloaded images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as desktop wallpapers, smart TV art displays including Samsung The Frame, personal wall prints, or creative reference).
• No redistribution: You may not sell, sublicence, bundle into wallpaper packages, or redistribute original master files to third parties.
• No commercial use without permission: Downloaded images may not be used in commercial advertising, merchandise, client work, or commercial publications without written permission from TwoShirtz.
• No misrepresentation: You may not claim original authorship or copyright over downloaded visual works.

All curated compositions, gallery design, brand assets, and code on TwoShirtz Studio are operated by TwoShirtz. The download licence in section 2.4 does not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

You agree not to scrape, crawl, or download full-resolution files in bulk using automated scrapers, circumvent rate limits or signed-URL security mechanisms, or take actions that impair the gallery infrastructure.

TwoShirtz Studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwoShirtz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the archive.

You may close your account at any time via your Account page or by emailing legal@twoshirtz.com. TwoShirtz may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett), subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
